Core MSO and how it started

The whole point of Core MSO originally started because I wanted to protect the health and Dental care providers on the business aspect. I had witnesses so much corruption from so many different sides, I knew that if things did not change, then they were not going to be able to continue to practice and then where would our health care system be. Things started shifting outside of Health Care because I was trying to find a way to help Charities that were dear to me, to give back the most that I could with the least amount of expense. It was not about making money. Protect and Give back is what I am trying to do. It's a blend of running it like a Social Sector and a Business Sector, so it’s like being a CEO and a Chair of a non-profit at the same time, which I feel will make for better leadership and a better company. They both exists to fulfill needs, yet a social sector can not be priced at a profit and a business sector must be at a profit to exist.  I say this because changing the way we “do Things” takes people to follow you when they do not have to, which is my Social Sector Skill side of me and belief in the power of positive energy and the understanding of intuition of knowing when I need to put my corporate hat on and play that card.
Running it like this combined with the fact that the need is there, the time is right and the laws of attraction are in full swing will make us successful.
When I started this Journey I knew I wanted to change the way we function as a business, what I did not realize was that I also had to educate the view of so many on how to lead the way.

The time is right

Look at all of these protestors with Occupy Dallas/ We are the 99% frustrations.
The main issue is protesting Corporate Greed and their control of the Government. It's about Restoring Democracy to The People, about us taking back control.

Now Look at Mark Cubans view on Corporations and Taxes

“I understand why CEOs of public corporations take advantage of every opportunity to condemn taxes. The lower the tax rate, the greater the after tax profit. The greater the after tax profit, the greater the share price. The greater the share price, the closer they come to or exceed “their number”. After all, the ONLY reason you take the job as CEO of a company you were not a founder of is for the money. Period end of story. Lower taxes puts more money in your pocket.”

People are fed up with the way things are going. Now I am not going to protest like some have. I took the way Mother Theresa viewed the world and it’s laws of attraction to heart. I will stay focused on change in a manner that is positive and productive and because of that I will draw others to me that want the same. The power of a team focused on the same change in a positive manner is much stronger then and a individual.

The three main core values that are the important to me are, Passion, Integrity and Teamwork. With out Passion, we do not see the big picture because from passion we dream, we are creative we envision we grow. Honesty and accountability reflect the traits of individuals who exhibit integrity, who build confidence and respect, and who are effective problem solvers for the whole, not the individual. The moment I allow Core MSO to step away from it’s original reason for existence, is the moment it all goes away.  It can never be about filling anyone’s pockets or personal agenda, which creates distrust.  I love the quote; “Trust is like a piece of paper, once it’s crumbled it can never be perfect again”.

Teamwork has been a known process from the moment life on earth existed.  When one understands that they can not do it alone, from conception to function, that it takes a team in all areas of life to really make the world go around then they are heading in the right direction. Yet just throwing people in a room and saying “Now, you do this and you do that”.  Then, ”Ok look we are a team now” will not work.  Just like when you have the wrong blend of family members in the room to many times that don’t mix well. We all have “those” family members in our world, Thanksgiving comes around and everyone brings something to the table. Each person has their specialty dish that they are known for yet if the core values are not shared, no matter how great the spread is, dinner will just not be the same due to the tension in the air.  Over time you are called a “dysfunctional family” and we all get to go to therapy! In the work force, it’s called bankruptcy. So understanding one needs a team is step one, but you still have to understand who you are as well as others around you. To understand what everyone is good at and putting it all together.

I know where I am going, I may not be able to tell you the details of how I will get there, I just know I will get there and the ride so far has been amazing.
I am compulsively driven to make whatever I touch the best it can be, not because of what I get out of it, but because I have a neurotic need to improve and help everything and everyone.  I lead with passion, desire and intuition; I understand my weakness and surround myself with others whose strengths make up for it.  Whether for my social sector, personal, or corporate life it is my responsibility as a basic human to understand whom, when and where to put that person.  I stay focused on my strengths, never my weakness.  I do not need to focus on the details; the details belong to someone whom that’s their neurotic need. My strengths are not the details; it’s the vision, the big picture. Stay focused on that, the vision will constantly grow, and the right people will come your way to make it a reality.
